Maybe moving the blog to a forum type website

This is a template blog and the design of it is very limited.  I'm thinking of moving to my own website (the benefit of this one is it's free), or one of the social sites. Then I hope people will put their own profiles and articles up/take part in a forum. We can connect families together who need support or simply babysitting etc.  Let me know what you think.
